Rovisual is a company in motion and continually innovates to provide its customers and consumers with the best possible experience. The form and nature of the products offered on this website may change. Therefore, visit this website regularly.
Artikel 1: Use & operation of website
1.1 Rovisual takes care of the security of your personal data. To prevent misuse of your data, we advise you never to share your username and password, except when logging into the webshop section. Do not provide these details if someone asks you (for example by email) for your username, password or other personal information. This can lead to misuse of your data. Always make sure you log in on a website where the browser bar shows https://…. The content of this site, the data, images, texts and combinations thereof, and other software contained therein are protected by copyright, trademark and database rights. These rights belong to Rovisual or the relevant rights holder. It is not permitted to copy any part of this site without prior written permission from Rovisual. Despite the constant care and attention devoted to the composition of this site and the products offered, Rovisual cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or ongoing currency of the data and imagery.
1.2 The images on the website are not true to size and the delivered product may differ in colour, shape and dimensions from the image on your screen. Rovisual offers all products without any warranty as to their suitability for a particular purpose, or otherwise. Rovisual does not guarantee that the Website will function without errors or interruption. Rovisual accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage of any kind arising from or in any way connected with the use of the site, the (in)accessibility of the site, downloads or other data files made available, or products purchased through this site.
1.3 The above exclusions of liability of Rovisual also apply to all auxiliary persons and third parties engaged by Rovisual. Emails and other information sent via the Internet are intended solely for the addressee. Use of this information by anyone other than the addressee is not permitted. Rovisual does not guarantee the correct and complete transmission of the content of sent emails or their timely receipt.
1.4 We make every effort to keep the Website and the files offered via the Website as virus-free as possible, but no guarantee can be given. Rovisual is entitled to block access to an account and/or permanently exclude someone from membership, without giving reasons (e.g. suspected abuse, unauthorised use or non-compliance). In such cases, Rovisual may decide to withdraw action codes, privileges or benefits.
Artikel 2: Amendment of these terms
2.1 We may amend these terms and the information on the website at any time. Please consult the website for the most current terms.
Artikel 3: Payments, Direct Debit and Invoicing
3.1 Payments are processed via the payment providers Mollie, Stripe and/or ABN AMRO. By using our services, the customer agrees to the processing of payments through these parties.
3.2 Invoices must be paid within the payment term stated on the invoice. In the event of non-payment, Rovisual reserves the right to (temporarily) suspend services.
3.3 If SEPA Direct Debit is used, the customer grants authorisation (mandate) to Rovisual to periodically collect amounts from the specified bank account in accordance with the agreed services.
3.4 The customer is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date payment details. Any costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete details may be charged on.
3.5 In the event of a failed direct debit (for example due to insufficient funds or refusal by the bank), Rovisual reserves the right to charge additional costs and/or re-submit the payment.
3.6 In the event of a chargeback of an executed direct debit, Rovisual reserves the right to:
- re-charge the outstanding amount
- pass on administration and processing costs
- require future payments to be made exclusively via alternative payment methods (such as iDEAL)
3.7 Rovisual reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of repeated chargebacks or non-payment.
3.8 Any refunds will be made solely to the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
3.9 All prices and rates are exclusive of any transaction costs charged by payment processors, unless stated otherwise.
Artikel 4: Subscriptions, trial period and cancellation
4.1 Certain services (such as StoreLo) are offered as a subscription.
4.2 Any free 14-day trial period requires a valid payment method; upon expiry, the paid subscription starts automatically unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.
4.3 Subscriptions are invoiced in advance and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
4.4 Cancellation is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; periods already paid will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
4.5 In the event of non-payment or chargeback, access may be suspended or terminated.
Artikel 5: Right of use / software licence
5.1 Rovisual grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription.
5.2 A licence key applies to one (1) website/domain, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 It is not permitted to copy, resell, rent, decompile/reverse-engineer the software or share the key.
5.4 All intellectual property rights remain with Rovisual; upon termination the right of use lapses and the licence may be deactivated.
Artikel 6: Liability
6.1 To the extent permitted by law, Rovisual’s total liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the relevant service in the 12 months prior to the event.
6.2 Rovisual is not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit/revenue, loss of data or goodwill, business interruption).
6.3 Rovisual is not liable for outages, changes or costs of third-party services on which the software depends (including Google Maps Platform, hosting and payment providers).
6.4 These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness, or to the extent that mandatory (consumer) law prohibits them.
Artikel 7: Consumers & right of withdrawal
7.1 Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for digital services.
7.2 The customer expressly agrees that the service is delivered immediately upon activation and thereby waives the right of withdrawal once performance has commenced. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Artikel 8: Applicable law
8.1 Our privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data: /privacy-policy/. If Rovisual processes data on behalf of the customer, the parties shall enter into a data processing agreement upon request.
8.2 All agreements are governed by Dutch law; disputes shall be submitted to the competent court. Mandatory consumer law of the consumer’s country of residence remains unaffected.
8.3 The customer indemnifies Rovisual against claims from third parties arising from the customer’s use of the service, including unlawful or infringing content published by the customer via the software.
